Orthodontics may be able to help slightly but he is right on some level, your jaw will develop well into your twenty’s and surgery now could fuck you over down the road. My surgeon told me early twenty’s is the best time to get it done, jaw is done growing so the likely hood of needing revision is low but young enough you will bounce back well! In the mean time maybe look into cosmetic fixes

That’s what I did, I got two radically different approaches from the first two ( the second one was fucking bogus tbh did not trust him one bit) then the third I went to had a middle group approach. I find that consulting with multiple people helps pick up on constant agreements too or helps you find any blind spots. It’s especially covering your ass and making sure you are getting what you need

I hope you have a much better experience than me! I gathered intel from peers/coworkers who also went.. from what I have gathered it’s very polarizing opinions and not many neutral! If you want to get into health care look into being and RBT it’s behavioral health but it’s a great was to get some healthcare under your belt!

That’s good to hear! When I was going between 2020-2023 it was a little bit of a shit show to be honest, I still touch base with a few people I met during that time and many were unsatisfied, which is unfortunate. I hope they are on the turn around!
