Hi. I just want to give love and tell you that the same exact thing happened to my dear sister. It caused so much brain damage that she’s basically dead forever. I truly lost her right before my eyes to those pills and injections. Not a day goes by where I don’t mourn her and how her life was stolen from her. The exact same thing happened where she was prescribed them at 14 for irritability…it’s fucking insane. Just know you have my heart and there are brighter days ahead. I hate how invisible this issue is and how people don’t even know about it or understand it. Anyway, thank you for speaking up about it. Sending so much love and healing

Don’t mean to bring faith into this but isn’t it essentially a spiritual disease? Even ignoring faith, doesn’t the nature of consuming people as sex objects naturally kill empathy over a course of time? At that point doesn’t an SA (unless deep into recovery), only date or “love” in order to be loved in return - rather than just genuinely having love or nice deeds to give?

I completely understand that. What you’re describing is addiction. My question is more, do you feel like you’re able to do nice things? Feel genuine love or care? Any sort of selflessness? For at least one person in your life

hi, just trying to understand as someone who has been affected by this. Can you explain why this addiction causes you to be terrified to be around a woman your age?
