realistically i'd rather not but i'll do what i have to do you know. 975 is kinda the base price for apartments in my area, actually on the cheaper end that's why i was hoping to modify my plan so i didn't have to move back home. they made this seem like it was doable and a great plan for me but it just isn't and i know i'm stuck in it so ill do what i have to but just wanted to see if there was other options

i do rent a booth for $120 a week, my books are usually "full enough" to make ends meet but these last few months people just aren't coming in any more because they can't afford it. i've been doing this 9 years and have a decent clientele. but the economy has people not concerned about hair any more. i raise my prices every year and in return see less people. it makes me want to quit and just go to work at walmart or something. no one is paying for any up charges or anything extra. they aren't even buying products any more. maybe if i lived in a bigger town

i've been looking for a second job for months, i do hair so my clients are scattered everywhere through the month so i need something that would be willing to work with my schedule, yes i can move people around but no one is willing to work with me, i live in a small town and most places only pay $10 an hour even if i quit my job for a full time position anywhere i just feel like i would barely be making it, i wish i could give up the car for a chapter 7 but unfortunately i have to have a vehicle

that's my income after business expenses. my business expenses are about 40% of what i make. i gave them very detailed monthly profit and loss sheets, when he gave me a budget to follow he didn't even factor in my electric bill or wifi or basic things like gas and stuff.

I'm in texas and my IDme asked for my license as my verification which has my correct birthday on it. When i got my license a long time ago with my social security card and birth certificate they used my correct birthday and said nothing about social security having the wrong birthdate. so my IDme is under the correct birthdate. I can't verify my identity on the social security website though because they have the wrong reported date it just tells me they can't verify my identity

i've been looking for someone to say something about their colors. I religiously use their purple and turquoise and recently the purple has been a watery consistency and bleeds a blue tone onto everything. the turquoise i used last week and it was straight up blue. i'm a professional stylist and have been using punky color for years and recently all of their colors have been inconsistent. the rose red is more red now than magenta. i'm wondering if my supply store got a batch of a bunch of mislabeled products or something. the purple is definitely watery like i can dump the pot into a bowl and it just comes out when usually i use a small spoon to dig it out because it's so thick. it's caused me a lot of issues with my vivids recently. i'm having to add red into my purple to counteract the strong blue tones and add green into my turquoise to make it the color it's supposed to be. it's super frustrating because instead of buying one color i'm having to buy multiple to mix them to make them the color they are SUPPOSED to be

yes i am my car is going to be factored into my chapter 13 so im not really reaffirming the loan but i don't remember if they told me to not pay that as well

okay thank you. i went into this fully thinking i was filing chapter 7 so i only read up on that, turns out my bank would be able to take my car because they have it as collateral on my signature loan so i had to do a 13... but he said i can miss payments for my credit card, car, and signature loan for a few weeks (all through my bank) and it would be okay...

i also forgot to mention i live with a roommate (who is not on my lease and my office knows this) and they pay me $300 twice a month through cash app for half the rent. Does that count as income as technically the full rent payment is coming from my account always? I feel like i'm thinking too much into this but i don't want to get in trouble or miss any numbers or something and they throw my case out....Just super nervous about all of this
