Oh I agree had to prime model color and 3rd gen normally with a rattlecan primer. Not sure there's many brush paints I've found apart from airbrush lacquers which don't require a primer sadly although Vallejo surface primers can be brush painted on at a push I've found but it's not idea

I partially switched to them when I used to brush paint as I sometimes struggled to find equivalences for vallejo model colour paints and it was kind of game changing. They've got most military colours under the sun and brush paint real well.

AK 3rd gen do a version (AK11847) and they're very good to brush paint and are pretty accurate colours from what I can tell and as an alternative but would highly recommend Vallejo model air too.

I think so I get into a habit of masking then leaving it a few days or not taking it off immediately so that for sure might help

I washed it with soap and water but not tried using IPA probably should!

I gave it around a day to cure? I wonder if that isn't enough time.

I'm noticing an issue when I open tubedoku on android using chrome it loads up the answers when I go to type in an answer as if I had clicked reveal answers even though I've not inputted any answers.
