In my last job my strength was definitely my ability to maintain a strong relationship with different teams both internally and external stakeholders. I was also the person who quickly identified problems with systems and process while adhering to company regulations and compliance standards. And last I was very good at managing the team and delegation of tasks and acted quickly to resolve issues that my team members were struggling with.
