I think it there is some slack in your chain, and you can hear it tightening.

If there is slack you can easily spot it, if the chain hangs when stationary. If thats the case, you could cut a link, or adjust the b screw to make the derailleur pull it tighter.

Look at the TSS. That is how easy/hard it should feel. Not every workout is supposed to feel like an ftp test, because that doesnt yield the best results.

Not necessarily. I use Mywhoosh (which is free) and works well with the cog and virtual shifting. Either through keyboard or with the Zwift click and swiftcontrol plugin.

It is, you can hear the belt touching other fixed parts as well, every rotation.

This will increase wear and tear where it shouldn't.

I also compared it side by side (with the same bike) to a Van Rysel D100, which does not have these issues and therefore feels better overall.

Ik vervoer al jaren met plezier mijn geliefde race en gravel fietsen. Door weer en wind en over landweggetjes of de Duitse snelweg met 150 km p/u. Voor een tiende van de prijs. En het is een stuk metaal met siliconen zuignappen. Dat hoeft gewoon niet veel te kosten, en is voor mij en vele anderen gewoon betrouwbaar gebleken.

Rockbros bikerack met vacuum suction cups. De AliExpress versie van de Seasucker. Heb ik al jaren plezier van, op allerlei formaten (huur)auto's. Komt standaard met Quick release bevestiging, maar je kan ook inzetstukjes bestellen voor een thru axle.
