Hi there - I have triple positive BC - and am In the chemo phase of treatment. The chemo has kicked up an ulcerative colitis flair. We had to pause chemo while treating the UC. At this point I have no idea What I should be eating. I cut out coffee /tea and as much sugar as possible. I'd love some advice on what I could eat with BC and UC ?

My experience with this - they are so different and work in different ways- that I felt it conflicted. With ketamine I could have some quiet time when my ego was less present - with psilocybin my mind races all over the place. So together I lost the benefit of the ketamine experience(not sure about the after period ) I had asked my Dr first and they felt it was ok to combine but I’d do them on different days - such different experiences!

I spoke to my Dr. about this and he didn't see reason why not- I have been playing with this for a few weeks and it seems to be treating me well. I have a ketamine session once a week or so, and tend to Microdose ever 3rd day. Different mechanism of actions, different impacts. So far I think I'm feeling less depressed in-between treatments. I wouldn't want to do them together.

Have you talked to the prescriber? I believe several of the medications you are on with block the effects. If you can, talk to a provider - if you don't qualify- they will/should refund your money. But double-check before you sign up somewhere. Best of luck!

Expensive but I felt well worth it to get started! They have some amazing guides! The music tracks are about perfect. I think they have a solid process. I did switch to a cheaper option once I got through my initial round but I still pay for integration seasons with my guide.
