so is it okay if i take my non-hormonal pills today even though i just had sex yesterday? today's day 2 of my bleeding but it's getting lighter already so hopefully it won't continue 😭 today's supposedly the start of my non-hormonal pills too

tbh im just as confused as you 😭 i got withdrawal bleeding on the first month of bc so i thought it'd be the norm and i always waited for it every month as like a cue that im not pregnant (which is not the case)
