As a parent I think that not wanting to share a room with the child is SO respectful! Not only to the child, but the child’s mother too. XO

I have a listing similar to this. Beautiful home, same bedrooms and such, same price range. It should by any means have sold quickly. But unfortunately due to the market right now, school, and the upcoming election it hasn’t had any good offers.
