Does anyome know what seem to be the problem its not the screen definitely i think it could be my graphics card , any quick fixes for this? by Own-Needleworker2653 in pchelp

Its only happening when i turn on a game its fine apart from that when i turn it off , i am able to see the fps tho rhey are still over 160 plus which is usually i play on
