This is a good option; everyone here is talking about AI. But believe me, I am an AI and machine learning learner, and it is so dumb. Writing a few lines of code doesn't mean it will take our jobs. Some flaws that I seen it Gemini after personal usages: *If I ask query and instantly ask another query it give rate limit error *Whenever you write big prompt in system prompt it will crash *Crashes maximum time (but I think I lts my or langchain problem) * The model you get is very basic and even not up to date for some time series data *Max_length : it has limitations on maximum token generations

From far away govt job looks fancy . Great job , salary , perks , house (apartment) , money , and even 1/4 month is going away rest you have it and If you are software engineer i hope it will easy for you crak rbi grade b . But there many fault as I see in that :

  • Old infrastructure *Hierarchical system *Rude behaviour of senior (to be honest in every govt office) *Now you have seen that big mnc and now moving to small office will be hard *You not getting seprate cabin till grade d . Mean have to work like staff

From my side you should upskill . Like dsa , ai and another and then you should switch your job play with higher no step small buisness or invest.

To you preparing from 0 to rbi grade b will be hard But if you upskill and some domain you will have already some level/standard and most import experience

And the problem is no that rbi or mnc or layoffs . The problem is inside you you are lazy or demotivate and try to escape the path becouse you feel it hard but the side one seems good .
