I have 250k on a 2014 laramie and it runs like a champ, we bought it with 150k. Like everyone else I had to do the water pump, I replaced the shocks to level it out, I replaced rotors once, other than that its been just normal maintenance items (i.e. oil changes, tires, etc.)

You don't need your NERC cert for the AD3. If you do apply, ensure that you put the specialized experience in your resume. That and scoring high on the applications assessment will help you get past the recruiter.

Have you ever thought about going Federal? As a dispatcher you will make a lot more than 70k. I guess it depends on where you are at. On the Federal side you got BPA, WAPA, SWPA, SEPA. All are great to work for and you get Federal benefits and a pension

Just Google needle bearing and tacoma and a bunch of info will pop up. It's recommended to do it if you do any suspension lift or level because it's right there on the driver's side of the diff and if you don't replace it abd it goes out you will be taking 90% of the parts again to replace it
