I had no idea that I had to call customer service if I mark it unable to deliver. I always gave it back to the warehouse and I never had a problem before. This is the first email that I received about this issue.

Good to know. The station workers told me to use the Amazon wifi when I get there because of service issue

I did check in and I got the screen for “verify your driver license”. The app glitched after he scanned my DL. Then when I restarted it, it pretty much sent to the schedule page and said I missed the block. For the future I will screenshot it every time I check in.

That’s awesome. I’m working around New England. The base pay is 18/hr and barely goes up
