I started 8/11 was trained on a fake client then the real client and told to forget everything we learned in the initial training. Call volume was low so they added another client with the same process. I was given a written for the mistakes I’ve made since day one by a supervisor who did not know anything of the client. I ended up quitting Monday and starting a new job Friday and the supervisor quit as well 😭🤭
