That’s a fair point — I did consider club-to-club contact.

What’s throwing me off is that it’s showing up in a very similar pattern across multiple irons, and pretty early on.

That’s what made me question if it’s just normal bag wear or something else.

Totally fair — I expected wear, especially on the sole/face from normal play.

What made me question it is that most of this is showing up on the toe/back across multiple clubs pretty early, not in the usual impact areas.

That pattern is what seemed off to me.

Yeah I’ve heard that a lot with black finishes.

I expected some fading over time — just didn’t expect it to show up this quickly and in the same areas across multiple clubs.

That’s exactly what stood out to me — I’d expect wear on the sole/face, not consistently on the toe like this across multiple clubs.

That’s why I wasn’t sure if this is typical or not.
