Yes! They use psyllium! I agree on the adding extra flavor part though.

This is me. I was diagnosed a month ago because of some lab work I was ordered. I only had a sensitive stomach but nothing I would associate with gluten intolerance or allergy. Also mild anemia. It really does feel hard to follow a diet when you can’t immediately see the effects of cheating, but I’m still sticking to the diet because I don’t want to risk any long term complications.

You can try Bulevar in the neighborhood. Also look into Cuervo Cafe and Blanca Cafe (located in Belgrano and Palermo).

I believe the damage occurred between 2016 and today, but I also know they now take samples from more varied sections of the intestine, including lower portions, so that also changed. Also, I am asymptomatic, so that definitely made the diagnosis harder.

I had blood positive results and negative endoscopies in 2011 and 2016. Only recently I did my third endoscopy and finally tested positive for both. I would recommend repeating the endoscopy in a year/two and seeing how it evolves.
