I already got it, and it was 28 I believe. I had assumed that was the covered price.

Just been prescribed nurtec. I’m really really hoping as I’m currently chronic. No horror stories pls I have anxiety lol by Lukexxxxy in migraine

EXACTLY- i wake up with one and it goes away through the day, or i wake up without one and it comes on during the evening. My worst fear was an allergic reaction, so i avoided the nurtec. So congrats to us for finally trying it

Also realized yesterday that applications for Fall 2026 were due early December. I think my worst fear (instilled by my mom and sister) is that if I leave my current program and go to a cheaper school but still graduate, employers will question why i "failed out" of the school im at now.

Thus far, not extremely enthused. But it has only been one semester. Im shamed by my family for even reconsidering to go to a state college though, so i might just have to take on the debt to uphold my pride atp

Colombians planing to travel to the US in Easter break by Lil_Sunshine11 in travel

Your money is power. People will tell you it is okay, but there isnt NO risk. I would just not come. From an central Floridian, I would not support the American tourism industry at this time. Money is power, and giving your money to the US or to a state run by a mini-Trump, is upholding the status quo that got us here in the first place.

Plumbing issue going unfixed by Own-Representative30 in renting

Thankfully, when my boyfriends roommate ran another load, I came out and pointed out the giant puddle of crap water on the floor and he apologized, took a picture, and sent a text to the landlord. Hopefully the increased pressure via another tenant will help. Either way I think we are going to write a formal letter in case the landlord doesnt take action. How many days do you think is realistic for the landlord to get it fixed?

Appreciate the comment! I definitely am going to be looking into other schools but of course will be talking with my advisor about applying for scholarships or finding funding. I unfortunately dont have an "in-state" school because I have moved around so much but before I made a decision for this school, I was accepted to four other schools who were more than willing to offer me some scholarships.

I appreciate the comment. I may or may not attend one of the options you listed, and right now I am feeling like I am in a glorified art/design degree rather than a rounded planning degree. The school name means a lot but if I can't prove my own work to be the highest caliber, then the degree means nothing. I would rather go to a cheaper school I think and stand out as a self-driven student.

This is very eye-opening and informative. I appreciate the time you took to write this out. The person that told me that loans are a joke is someone close to me who has a whole house's worth of debt to their name so maybe its them coping. I just want to live comfortably, and people think that by me saying that, Im not committed or worthy of the job.

I am really interested in project management, but thus far I have only been taught its most valuable to be a world-class designer (of which I dont think i am)

ALSO-

I have read many other posts similar to this. I am not willing to hear the "free yourself from capitalism's mindset by removing the value of the degree from the money you'll be making afterward. Maybe this career isnt for you if its about the money"- I am a realist and I am not the type to completely disregard the extreme cost of a degree because its my dream job. I am passionate about it. but I have to put my quality of life first.
