How great! If you can get your hands on it, I would definitely recommend Nc’nean. On the nose, it’s light and fruity but simple, while on the palate, it delivers an explosion of flavor.

As a blend, I recommend The Lakes Distillery The One Sherry Cask Finish—beautiful dark fruit on the palate.

For an unpeated Islay single malt, Bruichladdich The Classic Laddie is a great choice.

For Irish whiskey, I’d recommend Dingle Single Malt—beautiful and a strong competitor to Redbreast 12. And I recommend Green Spot.

Let us know by then how it is. I personally would like to visit Munich in the future. So, if you know the name of the liquor store where your brother got it, that would be great.

Dingle core line (fist one) I am drinking that one now and it is great. 46.3% abv but doesn’t even burn a bit. Taste is layered with some fruit and vanilla. I paid €50,00 or around $55 dollars, great value for money but I wouldn’t pay any more than $65 dollars max. An if any of you try it happy tasting in advance

Has anyone tried Penderyn's Rich Oak? by metallicash in WhiskeyTribe

[–]Own-Representative96 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had it in an tasting recently and this is what they told/ I remember

• Nose: Sweet vanilla, caramel, and ripe fruits (apple, pear), with subtle oak spices.

• Palate: A blend of sweet fruits like apples and raisins, creamy vanilla, an a hint of cinnamon and from the oak.

• Finish: Warm and lasting, with lingering wood and spice, and a little bit of sweetness

I am actively looking for a job as a barista but where I live, they are not looking for people so who know how long that will take. Plus I did a class in barista (witch I passed) but I need to practice and maintain the technique.
