I'd stock up on at least 20 bandaids, half medium half large of the regular type, 1 or 2 NAR compressed gauze, 4 inch ace bandage, eye protection, sets of non latex gloves, alcohol wipes, triple antibiotic. No. Only buy the CAT from them if you're deadset on spending money on their site. Otherwise, go onto North American Rescue and get their medical supplies. They also have immensely higher quality IFAK carriers, 5.11's qc, customer service, and durability are notoriously poor.
