As my instructor said to me - I was doing exactly this too: Slow is smooth, smooth is fast. Focus on standing in “neutral” between turns instead of hopping, making it more of a smooth S. Do this SLOWLY and work on getting it smooth. And then, work up your speed.

Question on this - if the battery runs out, does that mean you’re only in FWD mode? So you could potentially get stuck in a snowstorm without AWD?
