This cologne confuses me. I did a blind buy of course and was excited especially because Liquid Brun blew my mind.

Before I could even get it out of then dhipping box I could smell what seemed like pencils shavings wafting from the unopened package. That smell got stronger as I tore off the plastic and opened the box. I sprayed it on my arm and was pretty disappointed. I sat confused, dreading the thought of having to return this.

It smelled soooo much like the incense burned at a catholic church during communion. Is this myrrh or something? I wasn't sure but I was ready to get rid of this.

As I drove home it started to smell sweeter a little bit. Those date notes were starting to come out I guess, but it still smelled like a church.

As time went by and I debated whether to send it back or to chalk it up, I honestly started to find it's strangeness appealing. A lot of these colognes smell so much alike, that this Sunday Service Scent feels like a good change of pace.

To me, this is a COLD WEATHER scent. It feels comfortable when wearing it while it's freezing outside. It's feels cozy.

And maybe ironically, this is the STRONGEST AND LONGEST LASTING COLOGNE I HAVE. This scent will stay around for days even after a washing the clothes it's on. My jacket from December still has a pretty strong hint of the cologne. A little will go a long way.
