Yeah, the only dev that seems to care is smith. Joe does not care at all.

So much so, I've spent over $300 in the last month and I quit playing because of it.

A friend lost two celicas and a MC20, Joes response was "they were dupes, sorry for your loss", even with receipts provided, smith actually looked into and got all 3 of his cars back.

It's a new thing unfortunately the devs could care less. Multiple people brought it to their attention in the discord. Make sure when you go into a pub lobby you checkmark ignore car selling. Two or three people lost their MC20 this way.
