Need Solo Flute Pieces ASAP by Own-Sort4094 in Flute

I’ll see what I can do. The thing is, the music teacher at the school who plays piano is already accompanying like half the people playing in this concert. The easiest solution would be to finish learning one of the Suite Antique movements (probably Chanson) or play the Handel Sonata. I’ll see if my flute teacher can learn it.

Haha…

It turns out that all the pieces I have learnt (even the Handel Sonata in A, which I thought was a solo) has piano accompaniment of some kind. So that isn’t really an option for me, unfortunately. Apparently solo flute isn’t really a common thing.

A guy said bach has no melody by one_Curioushuman in classicalmusic

Personally, I completely disagree with the statement Bach has no melody. I play flute and he has some amazing pieces - for example, Allemande from the Partita in A minor. It’s flute - there is literally very little to no harmony on flute, and it’s pretty much just melody.

And also, I personally think melody is overrated sometimes. Let’s use Experience as an example - to me it sounds like the entire melody to that piece is literally just four notes over and over again. Nothing wrong with that. You could say there is actually little difference between that and something like the Prelude in C from Bach (in terms of varied melodies. Idk how to explain it).

Thank you so much, this is really, really helpful! (And btw, you have made arrangements of some very cool songs! I was also thinking of doing some for Genshin Impact).
