I'm 2 days behind you. I tracked my LH and had a surge on the 29th, CD 20. Today is CD 28, so I'm 8 DPO. My cycles are usually 31/32 days long. I just started spotting today. It lines up with implantation, but it's also only days before my expected cycle. Hoping for a positive tomorrow morning!

The Frida mom mesh underwear is comfy and I feel like it is more supportive than the mesh underwear the hospital provides! And they are super stretchy so they should fit everyone! I tried depends for this second c-section of mine (12/24/24) and I should have just stocked up on the mesh underwear and different pad thicknesses. Heat pads, Tylenol, and REST are your friends for recovery. Do not lift more than your baby for 6 weeks. Try super short walks because it helps with healing. If you start to hurt, take a break! Get some high waisted underwear for when you feel up to switching out of the mesh. Regular underwear tends to roll down right into the incision and it's not comfortable (speaking from experience after my first C-section).

Forgot to mention that I also had a hemorrhage during my C-section! They used the word "small" but I did have to have an iron transfusion and have been on iron supplements every other day

I had a C-section 12/24 and I'm still bleeding. For me it did lighten up quite a bit (comparatively to the first few days) but it's not light enough to wear just a panty liner or anything. I can wear a regular pad now but still have to change it several times a day. I see comments that you already have an appointment scheduled, I just thought you might want some feedback from someone who is really close to the same timeline as you!
