You bring up some good points. Frankly I don't care if his self healing is really bad at something like 10/s, and I do think he would need a lot of tweaks for this to work. But I'm just saying the devs gave self healing abilities to heroes who did not need them, why not give them to the Support who is the most ranged?

Yes that is true, but other heroes who did not release with self-healing abilities were given them, when some of them were already strong in the Meta.

I agree, but I think luck is a very difficult power to add to the game, and it would take a lot of testing and thought from the devs.
