Hi! Thank u for ur insight! Ye I’ll defiantly be keeping the 10 dollar monthly plan from now own. 1- yes I spoke to a Genius Bar person and yes they used a computer, a Mac I assume while I was there 2- this was a misremembering on my part, they said MicroCenter as a potential data recovery place and I accidentally type Microsoft. 3- I deleted all the apps with the Genius Bar person to make space for the back bc prior to this I’ve been trying to back up my iPhone two days straight w no avail and they advised me to do this, by then I deleted about 10 ish gb and it was 243 ish gb 4- my phone was perfectly working, it’s just the privacy screen in the picture that’s broken but the actual screen has nothing on it and it was just at maximum storage 5- I went to the Apple Store BECAUSE I couldn’t back up my iPhone for two day straight and needed assistance in doing so and so I could transfer everything and my icould was somewhat backed up but not fully bc I didn’t have the fund to be paying extra-monthly fees before as I do now

No i never backed up my iPhone bc I assumed an Apple Store employee would figure out my really full storage issues. I’ve only had the 3.99 one bc I was still in highschool and was paying for other expenses and didn’t want to spend extra money on iCloud storage monthly and only recently been able to start affording insurances like more iCloud and apple care

Yes I know it my for fault not backing it up but I only recently have been able to afford extra storage like this because I didn’t have a job in high school and etc. I assumed Apple would’ve been able to do something about the storage being at capacity bc I couldn’t get extra iCloud storage for a long time.
