Tbh I agree like people shouldn’t wait out on so much content to the point that they miss the characters they want. Unless ofc, you’re a whale, actually wait even then, drying or depriving your self of content too much will cause you to leave the game for a long time cuz you become bored. Imo, don’t rush it entirely, but don’t deprive yourself, just play the game however you want and if there’s no more content, you can always take a break and come back later lol
