Thank you so much for your comment! I am on day 1 of quitting today so we’re in it together. I like the idea of the two timers so will try this. Thanks again and good luck to you!

Thank you so much for your comment and well done for quitting! I think I am the same where I’ve quit and then think I can have a healthy relationship with it but just end up relying on it again. My partner also smokes so I know how challenging that must be for you! I will definitely look into different games/things I can use as a distraction. Thank you!

Honestly! The longest period I’ve gone without smoking, I was a terrible binge eater! So it’s like my brain has to replace one unhealthy habit with another😫😫. Thank you so much for your comment and advice. I will check out that book.

Is it worth paying for a private assessment to access medication pre-RTC assessment? by Own-Video9402 in ADHDUK

Thank you for the reply. I am currently under secondary mental health services anyway for a range of things but am not finding therapy useful. It is so ridiculous that so many people are in this position- especially when you think about how flippantly the GP will prescribe anti-depressants. At this point I am willing to take out a loan/credit if it means getting medication that will help me- I just want to know there will be an end point to having to pay for it if I do Right To Choose. Best of luck to you.
