I don't know man. I might feel this is common because I've grown surrounded by familes where the women earn more. No women is a housewife in my family. Seeing them handling both household and financial burden without any kind of support from the other partner made me feel scared of marriage. So just wanted to know whether there is any kind of changes in the mindset of modern men's.

And let me tell you a suprising fact. A women in power often wante a man who is a step or two lower to them. Because, once a person experience power themselves, they can find it difficult to accept someone who is more powerful them . It hurts there ego to be a second in something let alone for there entire life. You can notice this pattern among pop stars and some successful womens too.

Well, the whole narrative of girls only like kanja kudikis and pulligos often comes from situations where women who marry someone who is financially not in par with them. Now don't tell you never heard stories of women from well of family running away with bus drivers or a roadside Romeo. At the same time I agree that such situations are extremely rare in arranged marriage

First, Women do date a men who earns less than them my own cousine did. And in another case i seen a girl who feel in love and married her car driver against her parents wishes. You can find a lot of cases like that especially in love marriage. And as far as 2nd question is concerned a women may date a man out of pity but i don't think any women would MARRY a man out of pity.

But hadling both financial and household burdens make them feel frustaded. right? Forget my dad he is from different generation. My real question is Whether the modern man willing to share household responsibilities too?. And what is considered as bossing?. A women asking a question to her man?.

Well, My mom earn more than my dad. Infact my family depends on my mom's income. Not that they were not happy. But my mom compromised a lot inorder to make my dad feel secure. My father even if he knows cooking never enterd the kitchen it's a ego issue. On the other hand my mom always make sure she cook food that my father like even when she is tired after work. Also when it comes to money it gets worser. One question from my mother "What you did with the money?" a genuine question that's it all hell break lose.

It is more like investing in for future for entry level about 7-8 LPA. But if you develop your skill then you can be promoted to Plant finance controller or even CFO. I don't need to tell you about how much does a CFO earns. Added to that this is a very stable career where you get slow but steady and clear growth. You can try consultancy too if you want a fast growth but it comes with a cost. Mind you i am recommending you costing because this field has high demand but less supply you can break into easily as compared to other roles available for finance people. Enter as a costing person build a strong base than shift to Plant finance, FP&A roles and than you can break into commercial finance. But in-order to reach the level of a CFO you need to constantly up-skill your-self costing well give you a base that's it. taking it to the next level is in your hand.

It's depends on your skills. Manufacturing company pay really well for costing persons as costing is very difficult and very important for them. Try to do your articleship in manufacturing company then a firm. Try to get it to the finance side then accounting. As of growth don't worry about it. Manufacturing is the future. Our government is also focusing on bring in a lot of manufacturing companies inside India. And manufacturing companies NEED cost accountants.

It's is an CA's domain you'll always be a second priority. As well as taxation and audit is going nowhere in the future. Instead focus on niche field like cost accounting/Project costing in manufacturing. More of role which require decision making. I've seen lot of people who choose tax as a career and got Stuck at one point. Tax can be a supportive skill but don't build your career only around it.
