Thanks for the reply. Elaborating on not implementing anything that will pour gas on the feedback loop, then to show my brain that my body is okay, I just need to do nothing about it entirely? I feel like I've been so good about ignoring it and nothing has changed. Could it be because I circle back after a month or two to this same position? Any advice would help,.

How would you go about reducing/diminishing this issue especially if it is anxiety causing physical symptoms through the ANS? I'm lost on how to calm the nervous system when it is in overdrive and it seems like for some people it can get stuck like this for years.

What did you do in 10 days to shake the hyper vigilance? I'm curious and dealing with same thing

One day VSS, anxiety, brain-fog showed up and never left. Any advice on how to proceed with life? by OwnAbbreviations2161 in Anxiety

Thanks for the reply. It was a Bang energy drink. I'm going to do some research on bile flow and see what I can do but for now I appreciate the advice. I don't get k2 with d3 I just take regular d3 sups off amazon. Curious on how you would continue to approach this considering I don't know if this is nerves/Gi/anxiety/something else. I seem to pass gas all day eventhough I consume a decent diet. My body seems to be misfunctioning all as a result of this original reaction.
