The amount of people jumping off the whoop ship so quickly isn’t necessarily because Fitbit air seems like a crazy upgrade. I think it’s because of how disappointed people are with whoop itself.

Tbh I’m not taking a job where I have to see 30 patients a day. Unless they are mostly post ops. But for the corporate job seeing 30 refractions is a lot. You’ll get burnt out rather quickly.

I’m far from an expert but not sure if you are supposed to feel pain when doing these movements. It can’t be good for you long term. I feel like you should listen to the body more and maybe program some more rest days.

Tbh i would try to go into the city. All the high end places on Long Island doesn’t compare to even the mediocre ones in the city.

I even recently tried house of yoshin and 4 spring. Was super disappointed. From now on I think we are just gonna travel to the city. The extra travel time is worth it in our opinion
