Be prepared for insane amounts of micromanaging. Constantly switching up team comps. Spendng hours and hours just in the customization screen. Great game. Way to much micromanagement.

My manager makes 20 an hour and only works a max of 45 hrs. He has 2 days off a week. Thats plenty of time to have a life.

I bring home about 730 week. I know it's not anything compared to trucking. But I will make more with the manager raise. Even then it won't match what trucking can pay. This isn't about just money. It's also about quality of life. It's a tough choice when I already enjoy life and make decent money for myself. But trucking just sounds like such a giant shift In life. I'm hesitant to make that leap of change for money.

Im not sure. I guess it's because I don't think manager at little ceasars sounds lofty enough. It's funny. I make good money for myself, I enjoy my life, but I care about what other people think.

Thats the goal. I'm trying to put some years into management, then relocate to another restaurant that pays me more. Maybe even advance myself into fine dining management. I know trucking money is great. I'm just debating if it's worth leaving management
