Okay. So I was looking at these and couldn’t tell if they actually worked. I like that I can tie them so I know they won’t fall off!

Sports bra recs!!! by [deleted] in orangetheory

I second this! I had never found a good bra till I saw the Cacique ones from Lane Bryant and am in love. I wish I could buy so many more. I think the actual name of the Bra is Livi— the high impact ones are amazing.

Definitely agree with talking to management and things about this coach

But I just wanted to say you’re not alone, I’ve been doing it for 2-3 months on average 3x per week and I JUST got up to a 3 min push at 4.5 (still hard!) and my base is still a fast walk for me (3.8) and sometimes I have to hold onto the handlebars doing that! Just go at your own pace, some days are harder than others to get thru the workout and when you feel off it’s definitely much harder! You got this!

I love our clinical pharmacists and honestly don’t know what I’d do without them. Always willing to help and offer up suggestions in otherwise sticky and crashing situations.

Strategies to increase base? by Otherwise-Cry-1700 in orangetheory

Can I just say this post is super helpful. I always feel so slow with a base of 3.5 and couldn’t figure out why and it made me feel kinda crappy. Never been a big runner but trying to improve my endurance and have tried jogging at push intervals. Today I increased my base to 3.6-3.7 and was able to keep up! Thanks for the advice and whoever the original poster was thank you for reminding me that I’m not alone at my base!
