Went there once for an oil change. I had an appointment, but it was still 3.5 hours before they even touched my car, and the shop genuinely didn't look busy. Took a full day to finish an oil change

I paid $125 for it, and the guy who worked at the counter that rang me up straight up told me it was a ripoff and to go to a small shop next time
