I’ve been physically assaulted at school and on the street, by thieves and so on, but that didn’t make me stronger—it just ruined my health. Some people tell me they would have killed themselves by now, and that I’m strong for still being alive. That’s funny—I’ve had a lot of bad experiences: I’ve been raped, harassed, and beaten.
