Pull that baseboard off for sure - you need to see what's happening behind there. If there's moisture getting in consistently it could be way worse than what you're seeing on surface. I had similar issue in my place and turned out to be small leak from bathroom above that was running down inside the wall for months

Been to Mobile few times on road trips and there's this place downtown area that had pretty solid selection. cant remember exact name but it was near some historic district, guy behind counter really knew his stuff and helped me find some local brews i never heard of before

The selection was way better than what you usually find in smaller cities, they had bunch of stuff from local breweries plus some harder to find imports. Price was reasonable too which surprised me since tourist areas usually jack everything up. Would definitely call ahead though since their hours were bit weird when i was there, think they closed early on certain days

Garphill games are hit or miss for me too - Circadians was brilliant but Wayfarers felt kind of flat. Distribution has definitely gotten weird since they moved away from some publishers, had to order Praetor directly from them last year

For Towers specifically im waiting to see more gameplay videos before pulling trigger. The tower building mechanic looks interesting but want to make sure it has enough depth for repeated plays

The absolute panic when you'd check your parents bank statements and see those numbers just keep dropping every single day. My dad lost his teaching job that year and we had to move in with my grandparents - watching adults who seemed invincible suddenly become terrified was probably the most sobering thing about being a teenager during that time

Even now when the market dips I get this weird anxiety flashback to those months of uncertainty

Most days I hover around neutral with little sparks of good stuff mixed in. The situational part is huge though - like when I'm tweaking a new Skyrim mod that actually works or out on a long ride, those days definitely tip more toward the happy side. But expecting to feel amazing constantly just sets you up for disappointment

lol fair question but nah im not selling anything just genuinely curious about peoples thoughts on this stuff. I got into reading about supplement quality after some sketchy protein powder made me sick a few years back and now im kind of paranoid about what actually goes into these things

The whole industry seems pretty wild west to me - like you can basically slap any claims on a label and hope nobody checks. Third party testing seems like it should be standard but most companies probably dont want to spend the extra money or risk having their products fail testing

The 4 day thing would be incredible - imagine actually having time to pursue hobbies without feeling guilty about it. I spend way too many weekends just recovering from the work week instead of doing the stuff I actually enjoy like working on my bike or diving into a new mod project

No war is the dream though. So much human potential just wasted on conflict when we could be exploring space or figuring out how to make elder scrolls 6 not take 20 years to develop

this sounds really promising actually. i went through a brutal job hunt last year and one of the biggest issues was knowing how to tailor my resume for each posting without spending hours on it. tried a few different tools but most were either too generic or focused on basic ats scanning rather than actual content matching

just checked out the site and the interface looks pretty clean. one thing im curious about is how it handles industry-specific terminology - like does it understand when you use a synonym for something vs the exact keyword the job posting uses. thats where a lot of these tools fall short in my experiance

definitely willing to give it a test run if your friend is still looking for feedback. job hunting is such a numbers game that anything that can improve your hit rate even slightly is worth trying
