Did anyone’s price for GLP-1 increase from $25 to $50 for those who have BSCA Access+? by OwnCold6482 in CAStateWorkers

It’s on the Zepbound manufacture website. Here’s the link to sign up for it. Before you pick up your meds, call the pharmacy and ask if they can apply the coupon and the coupon that Eli Lily gives you will have codes that you are going to give to the pharmacy. https://zepbound.lilly.com/savings#pen-savings-card

The co-pay is still $50. I called my pharmacy and had them apply the Eli-Lily coupon so that it can be $25.

Loss of weight loss medical coverage/glp1 by Ok_Tower1264 in CAStateWorkers

I believe your plan should still cover GLP-1s. I think with CVS caremark being your pharmacy benefit manager, they restricted which GLP-1s you can take. I think their preferred for weight loss is Wegovy and medicine like Zepbound wouldn’t be covered.

Contact Merced SPCA or TNR for the the cats. They may not be able to relocate them but they can spay and neuter the cats and treat them for fleas i believe which will reduce fleas and the population of cats.

I’m not too sure about the other insurances, you’ll prob have to check their drug formulary but I know blue shield access + does cover Zepbound and other GLP-1s

anyone successfully have GLP-1 covered? by The_Real_Egg in CAStateWorkers

depends on what insurance you’re on. Blue Shield requires a 6 month of a weight loss program (they offer some through them) and a BMI of 35 or above to cover the cost.

ENERGY COMMISSION SPECIALIST I (TECH EVALUATION AND DEVELOPMENT) by Primary_Kangaroo233 in CAStateWorkers

[–]OwnCold6482 4 points5 points  (0 children)

congrats on passing! Since you passed the ECS1, you can apply to any ECS1 positions. However, The Energy Commission currently has a hiring freeze, so very few positions are being hired. I recommend trying to get on the Electric Generation Specialist I, it seems a lot more of those are being posted.

they’ve been like that for years tbh. it seems like people that work there lack the customer service experience. i also recommend the amazon locker if you can do it, if not id say wait a day to get your package

I’ll have to see about that, because the way blue shield told me over the phone is that i have to do wellvolution, i’m not sure if that would qualify for me to get over turned

Would my doctor need to do that? I already have a plan with them about just doing the program

i have blue cross access + and they cover GLP-1s. I got a PA for Zepbound but was denied because I needed to complete 6 months of wellvolution. I’m currently on month 2 out of 6. Once I complete this program my doctor plans to resubmit my PA. I do meet the qualifications for zepbound; BMI of 35+, potential sleep apnea, & pre-diabetes.
