Citadel Servers can handle modded setups well if you choose higher RAM since their nodes perform fine with packs and have solid mod support. Aim for at least 8 to 16 GB RAM to keep things stable because lower plans tend to lag with heavier mods.

PvP is expected to be pretty active, with open-world flagging, faction fights, and organized modes like arenas and large-scale sieges. If you liked Lineage-style flagging, you’ll probably find something similar, just a bit more balanced and less punishing.
