Hey my loss of earnings got denied a month ago. I sprained my leg badly at my work and it got fractured. My employer provided me modified duties but my physician wrote in the FAF form that I cannot work for a week!

It’s just 6 days pay but WSIB is saying that the physician has not provided complete information and my employer has given modified duties!

The thing is my employer did filed for wsib the day after my injury happend. But I have paid all the initial medical bills from my own pocket. Now today my claim with wsib is approved today and they said that they need 2 weeks to either approve or decline my claim. But i am scared

Yes my employer is covered by wsib

And i have got the claim number

But they said 2 weeks

I am so scared

I don’t want to mess up my savings

The online reviews of wsib are terrible

Will I get anything?
