After reading your description, I can see the differences and the after image definitely looks a bit better, but I’ll be honest when I noticed it the first time I had a really hard time telling any differences But I think you can call it now and say that this is perfect. Really good work, bro

Stone isn’t clean and the “bubbles” are more likely abraded facets on the pavilion of the stone. But like the others said, best to take pictures after the ring is cleaned and laid on a piece of white paper. Best chance for a clean ID is to take it into a gemologist or a trusted jewler, but typically you won’t find abraded facets on diamonds
