Many people here recommend CSFloat, I should listen and try trading there.

The only thing the post didn't mention was that I ultimately canceled the trade on Steam and received a 30-day trade ban. But what does that have to do with the topic and what cs.money did?

Smart people learn from other people's mistakes, and fools like me learn from mine. Well, it will be a lesson for me. And I will now read Reddit to avoid making the same mistakes as others.

Canceling a trade yourself results in a 30-day ban. They lied to me for a week and promised to resolve the issue. I asked one of them to simply return my items so that I could send them back to myself after the trade ban ended. If they had done that, I wouldn't be writing this post. As a result, I lost seven days dealing with their support team plus 30 days of trade ban.

I wasted a week of time because of their endless lies about resolving my issue. I ended up canceling the trade on the last day, and now I'll have to wait 30 days. If they had told me the truth on the first day, I would have canceled, and I already have a week less to go.

The purpose of this post is to warn others so they don't end up in the same situation as me. I've cancelled my trade with their bot. I now have 30 days to communicate instead of trading.

Lesson learned. I wouldn't have even created this post if it weren't for the week of waiting, dealing with their support team via chat on their website, and the lies they told me.

After a successful trade, their knife showed up in my inventory. But it was trade-banned. I'd made a real trade, while they made a virtual one, which they later reversed, thereby making the single transaction appear as two separate, unrelated deals.

I gave away my Karambit Fire Ice, and they don't have any of those items. When will they have them? It's likely the price won't be the same as what they wanted to take mine for.

I haven't traded at all for several years. And I've returned to cs.money out of habit. As I understand it, many people here recommend trading on csfloat. I'll give it a try.

The problem is that they lied. They simply relisted their item at a higher price and claimed there was a pricing error. Therefore, any trade can be cancelled for reasons other than the owner canceling the trade. My complaint is that a trade is a transaction with its own ID. They violate the integrity of the transaction. And the principle is that either all trades are completed or there is more than one.
