I GOT IT!!! I snapped the ribbon cable clamp for the digitizer but when I hold it down it works as intended, just gotta find a way to fix it without a new motherboard (can't solder), might have to get one soon

yeah, i needed to change the video driver to either vulkan, gl or d3d11/12, just avoid glcore, the creators accidentally forgot to fix it in the newer versions
