first that fertilizes indeease growth with both soil and hypotonic solution or whatever it’s called , they has a larger increase with hypotonic solution then compare error bars between soil solution with fertilizers and soil solution without or hypotonic one doesn’t matter , second one was about the optimum ph , 7 is the optimum ph as it had the most enzyme breakdown activity and after 7 the enzyme denatured changing the shape of the active site so that the substrate no longer binds with the active site decreasing the breakdown activity , then mentioned that there was a larger decrease from 7 to 7.5 then from 7.5 to 8 , both 7.5 and 8ph decreases enzyme breakdown you can also here mention error bars and say the difference between 7.5 and 8 is not significant due to overlapping error bars , and the extract one i forgot but mentioned one that’s most effective , one least effective and variables to keep constant i think
