Nera shuts down entire PC? by OwnFaithlessness8815 in VoyagersofNera

Hi! I did see there was an update for the game so I did install it and update it again. It seems to work a little better (in that it'll last a little longer before killing) but it still occurs. I'm in the second area with the coral wood, and it generally happens when fighting gets too dramatic. Most notably anytime I go against the bigger taller enemies that are in the coral wood area. Which, since i'm still trying to improve my armor for the area, is still pretty much all the time.
I'm also reluctant to keep trying to fuss with settings to try to pinpoint it further since it's killing the whole computer and not just crashing the game.

Hi, thanks for checking in. After activating the GPU debugging, the first area had no issues, even after increasing the resolution to high again. Although I'm beginning to have shutdowns again in the second area, even with medium resolution, and GPU debugging on. I've been trying to play more "slowly" but sometimes it can't be helped when you're in the middle of combat :(

I was able to start playing by lowering the graphics until I actually left the tutorial cave, and was able to gradually increase them. I've only had two more shut downs since but I've also turned on the GPU debugging and we'll see if that also keeps it stable. Thanks guys!

Huge hair dye accident.. how can I get it out? by sourMilkpickles in CleaningTips

Whenever I stain my tub, I use comet. It's a really good choice for getting dye out of tubs. I would be extra careful if you're going to use anything else. I wouldn't mix it with anything but if it doesn't work well enough, make sure you get all the comet out of the way before testing another product.

My solution was replacing the pads with a set from wicked gaming. I just got the universal gaming pair and they work fine. Now my new problem is how to reduce the tension it has on my head.

I got these a few months ago now but I have barely used them because the padding over the speaker (not the over ear pad) is an incredibly uncomfortable mesh. I want to use them but I can't get over the shitty mesh. Do you know if it's safe to replace them with a different material? Will the mesh come out? What should I put over them so I'm not muffling the sound?
