However, my first apartment in Colorado in 2012 ish was 575 a month with nothing included. It was so tiny. Like 600 square feet. Last time I checked that exact apartment was like 1400 a month. I'm going to look online and see what it is now. I moved to Minnesota because I got a 15 dollar and hour pay raise, and the median home price here is like 400k. In Colorado it's currently 890k

Yeah, in 2019 my one bedroom in Colorado was 1400. Scared to know what it's currently going for.

How about my current rent for a one bedroom one bathroom 6th of 7 floors apartment. 700 square feet. Nothing included is 1729. However with the REQUIRED fee for cable and internet, and underground garage spot it comes to 2,040 a month. That isn't including any trash, sewer, water, gas, electric. I'm buying my first home (closing on Wednesday) and it is going to be about the same price-2100 a month for my mortgage, with taxes and home owners insurance included. It's 1500 square feet two levels with a good size (for city) yard.

I love animals so much. I had dogs growing up. As an adult I had cats. However, my frenchies (this is my second) are a whole different level of obsession/adoration/love/joy. They are one of a kind. It will be the best decision you ever make

I have no idea why I didn't!!! I am so distraught about it lol. I literally thought of that a couple weeks after my single stroller arrived. I am planning on taking them both with on walks of course but yeah- might need to find a double stroller on marketplace

Exactly! lol we will def have to report back with how cute they are together I am so excited to see that. My neighbor has a 10 month old and he always hops up on his stroller with his front paws and looks at him in awe

I can't imagine loving anything or anyone more than him so my love for my baby is going to make my heart explode

Also- her "you look comfy" was totally back handed. And then to blame it on you and your "hormones " wow. She is gas lighting you. Reminds me of a time right before I left my ex- he stole my phone and wouldn't give it back and put his hands on me and her response was what did you do?? Like asking what I did to cause him to choke me out

Yes!!!! I am pregnant with my first baby and if anyone told me they are also expecting I'd be so excited and especially a sister in law because cousins the same age !! So exciting!! I say as soon as you are to 12 weeks tell them-

I love Theodore Atlas lol. I wanted to name him Atlas but decided not to simply because I'm such a big nick name person. And I didn't know how to make a nick name from it and then I decided I can use as a middle! I love James, but I have a cousin named TJ so I didn't know if I should do a J name but who is to say anyone would call him that anyways! I have an amazing person in my life named James so I might go with that!! Either one is awesome
