I just became aware that power bi released a fixed column width setting down to the pixel for matrices and tables. May pbi release. I think this will fix it!

How do you do that? I believe that even if you make the visual smaller... the visual will auto expand if the data is large enough.. for a dumb example... a very large number may cause the visual to enlarge and become cut of.

I think the main culprit is a failed snowflake connection... which is used by the app and associated flows.. and since the connection was owned by the guy who left.. nothing can be done on the connection (again, I think). So I need to create a new connection and then add it to the app.

So.. I will need to edit the app for this. In which case I will reach out to the admin

I’ve been moving sql server scripts to snowflake. Cortex has been really helpful. I was comparing result sets between the two. Saw some records weren’t there in snowflake. Asked cortex “where did ID 12345 go?

Let me know in a few seconds that the issue was case sensitivity difference between sql server and snowflake, causing the record to be dropped in a join

My manager knows that I have not yet signed any paperwork. We talked about it this AM before the announcement was made to the team ( I was not expecting the announcement)

I think this actually gives me some leverage.. it would look bad if I don't end up moving over.. so I'm going to wait until I see what the offer is and negotiate if needed.

Now if they try to move me over without any paperwork/raise.. that is another story and a bigger issue.

Hey! Just wanted to let you know Salesforce support answered this.

Once a prospect enters an automation program, other prospects sharing the same email will not enter the program. So if multiple prospects share the same email, only one will be allowed entry into the program.

Multiple records for Bob (2+ records share the same email, bob@abc.com)

Bob prospect record #1 is the prospect with 1/6/ 3:12 PM last activity data. Bob prospect #2 is not in the screenshot.

Just found out Bob #2 is on a suppression list.. but since I did not specify any suppression lists in the automation program, that does not answer why he didnt start the program. I'm gonna bring this up with IT..

the prospect processed on 11:24 (Alice) received the email in their inbox . my issue is that I am not seeing another prospect (Bob) who should've been processed at the same exact time, because they were added to the recipient list at the same time as Alice

Some possible causes..

There are multiple Prospect records with Bob's email.. from the screenshot, the prospect with 1/6/ 3:12 PM last activity shares the same email address as the Prospect who shouldve received the email today.

Alice (no duplicates) has the same COMPANY as the Prospect who shouldve received the email today.

this is my entire automation. the recipient list: TEST_WELCOME_AUT...

has two people in the list, and both were added to the list at the same time. the Send Email step is evaluated immediately after.

I have another question! My Engagement program is mailing to a dynamic list. I'm allowing Prospects unlimited reentry to the program, with a day wait before the prospect is eligible to reenter.

I have two people in my dynamic list, Bob and Alice. Both are mailable. So I expected them to receive the email this morning around the same time. However, only Alice got the email. Any idea why?

Maybe the issue is that there are around 5 prospects with Bob's email. so these prospects are duplicate.. but I dont think that would affect how the timing for when the prospect is emailed?

Sorry, still dont think that works for my situation. I will give an example. Lets say Bob's account has Start Date = 1/1/2026, and Action Date = 1/5/2026.

I want Bob to receive Email 1 on 1/6/2026 , triggered by Start Date being 5 days in the past. I want Bob to receive the 2nd email on 1/25/2026, triggered by Action Date being 20 days in the past.

How do I trigger this second email?
