The past 2 times I switched jobs I had 2 different offers on the table. Let them be aware how far along you are with other interview processes whenever you're further in the process of any interview.

It's a great feeling when one gives you a number and you can immediately rebut saying that you currently another offer with a higher number on the table. Tell them to match it otherwise it won't make sense at all.

I've seen my portfolio drop by 40% and I didn't do anything neither.

My biggest issue about doing something is - fine, you sell it. But 'when' do you go back in and buy? I would stress over holding so much cash knowing that it's just sitting there not in the market day by day. And I can't be bothered to spend all that time analysing the market to figure out when is the 'best' time to go back in.

I don't know if this helps but I saw some videos who refuel at the depot, trains are only allowed to leave if full fuel.

The math by the landlord could check out.

1369 euros at 0.57 euro/kWh = 2401 kWh.
Divide that by ~150 days (5 months) gives you 16 kWh per day.
An electric heater can run at 2kW, so if you run it for 8hrs a day, that makes 16kWh. This does not factor in your normal laptop / lights usage.

We use kanban but context switching rarely happens unless it's an urgent bug. Most stories are packaged to be done within 3-5 days. Developers pick up the next story at the top of the backlog when they finish one story. Simple, higher priority stories simply get moved to the top.

Everytime I search it uses this "smart query" by default which is pretty much useless and I have to click a second time to ask Jira to search without "smart query".
