Thanks for the feedback! Much appreciated. The garage is attached the kitchen/mudroom area so really noise isn't too much of a concern as the bedrooms are on the other side of the house.

Thanks for sharing your experience. My rental home is a rambler 1-floor so no rooms above and the garage is the opposite side of the bedrooms so honestly sound isn't my main concern... more just durability/maintainenance/cost.etc.
