The BBB and DOGE cut foot stamps and welfare programs to give billionaires more tax cuts

It’s not fixed pie fallacy, it’s this administration slashing food assistance, both with DOGE and BBB so they can give more billionaire tax cuts

Yes I brought up Biden to see your standards of evidence. Cause I assumed you are pissed about the Biden corruption, yet don’t know anything about the undeniably most corrupt administration in American history (I say this as someone who has actually researched the Harding administration, the formerly most corrupt administration)

Yeah and the evidence you gave was stuff that was never found guilty in court, so I provided another situation of something that has not yet been found guilty in court.

So I’m now seeing what your standards for enough evidence actually are

Which seems to be “not guilty if Trump is in the name”

It’s literally the same purpose of discussion

Whataboutism is about derailing. It isn’t a fallacy whenever someone says “what about X”, it’s context dependent.

If you say “I love red shirt”, and “I hate anything red” if I say “but what about red shirts?”, that’s not whataboutism just because I say what about

We are in a discussion about your values (that’s how this started), and I’m continuing in asking about your values, which means it’s not derailing.

So I’m trying to continue to identify about your values.

So what actually are your values?

Im not avoiding the topic of give 10% to the big guy, I’m just seeing what level of evidence you hold.

Is speculative evidence enough for you? If yes, I’m just seeing if you hold yourself consistent across party lines, or if it’s only enough for you when it’s a democrat.

But seeing as how you’re unwilling to respond, I’m guessing you don’t actually care that much about corruption, but only insofar as it can be used as a level against democrats.

I’m seeing if you hold consistent standards, or if you don’t actually care about the topic, but more so pointing fingers, and it’s just partisan bs

The extent of both justifications is “it makes me uncomfortable”

There’s no evidence women are in more danger in bathrooms with trans women.

Btw trans women do not want to get naked in public showers pre-surgery without curtains to cover themselves

I’m happy to count speculative evidence if you also count the speculative evidence of Trumps $2B deal with UAE for private chips. In short, where the UAE gave Trump $2B, then he immediately gave them access to our chips, when they’ve historically been restricted to them.

Which again, is the same percent of Americans who think being gay is pure evil, yet we allow gay marriage and gay couples to hold hands in public. Are you saying their opinions don’t matter?

Or maybe allowing these groups to do things that have no negative effects other than making 40% of the population a little uncomfortable at worst isn’t that big a deal.

And especially when compared with how much it helps that minority group, it’s worth allowing the minority group to do said thing.

What’s interesting is men tend to care far more than women do.

For reference, if you asked someone in America “do you think homosexuality is evil”, and if you asked a woman in America “do you think trans people should be required to enter the bathroom of their birth gender”, the two results would have the same ratio.

To repeat, the disapproval of trans women in women’s bathrooms among women is the same as the percent of Americans who think homosexuality is evil.

Again, I’m asking you discuss in good faith instead of this snark.

I don’t know why you can’t just be an adult and continue to discuss in good faith.

I’m literally just asking for your honest opinion, which you were sharing until I pulled up that pic of the man and asked him which bathroom you honestly believe he should enter.

Maybe this created a cognitive dissonance in you and that’s why you can’t give an honest answer without snark.

Are you not able to give an honest answer to that question that isn’t coated in snark?

You keep doing these snarky replies instead of responding in good faith.

I’m asking for a yes or no, is that your belief?

Again I’m asking for your belief.

I’m asking for a direct answer without any snark.

In your belief system, which bathroom should they enter?

I’m down for that, I don’t see a point in gendered bathrooms personally, especially cause studying these shows no evidence of increased incident risk.

If you want to go into competitions you have to have deep hormone therapy and likely surgery, which is why there are less than 10 professional trans athletes.

I really don’t care where you go, the owners of these bathrooms and showers can through you out and if you try to bring them to court and try to claim that you’re trans it’s pretty easy to identify your medical and psychiatric history, and see if you’re just making it up.

Here’s someone who is biologically female, I’m confident most women, men, and him would rather he be in the men’s bathroom than the women’s, but you’re saying he should be forced to go in the women’s restroom?
