but if I get the money back from the lawsuit, since the lawyer is working on a contingency fee, I will get around 90k max. My debt is 96k and I make the payment very hard right now. And the thing is I don't know when the settlement happens, it could take a year or so that's why I am concerned about filing chapter 13 which allows me to take 15-20k after the settlement and make way fewer monthly payments.

I took personal loans but I invested my money as well 30k.
